Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier's sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for V.I.E's, for our subsidiary in Ireland. Description of the mission: * The Supply Chain team needs an inventory analyst who will develop a data solution to convert ERP (SAP or JDE) and APS (Arpeges or Kinaxis) sourced data into a stock health view for Packaging materials (and Finished goods and Actives). This view then needs to be analysed and converted into actions to improve the efficiency of ordering packaging materials, improve how the packaging materials are stored and put away in WH2 and finally improve how the pack materials are picked - ensuring FIFO, reducing scrap and obsolete and improving picking time / efficiency for work orders. In addition, use this data to develop capacity planning outlook for pallet space storage requirements for packaging materials. * In addition, analysis is also required to identify and propose adjustments to ERP (SAP or JDE) and APS (Arpeges or Kinaxis) settings based on Pack materials with high stocks and MDM plans and look to drive down the scrapping of packing materials. This will include using PowerBI tool to support decision making. * Also, analyse the health and sufficiency of Finished Product inventory in the Channel to the customer and Identify SKU's which are high weeks of supply, and are potentially going to age in the future and create worklist with what we should be reworking, or get markets to take action - to reduce scrap by 50%. * Support the deployment of new APS system on site (Kinaxis) by analysing how the tool is working across the planning functions on site - Materials planning, Finished Product packaging planning and Tablet Manufacturing planning. Use the data from analysis to propose alternative settings on the system to optimise inventory (no Out of Stocks or Obsolesence). * Support the extended supply chain team with training on new analytics tools developed and improving the overall teams analytics skills. * Support the development of better links and collaboration across the Supply Chain teams and other departments and other factories in the company network by using the data from APS and ERP systems and building a One Team approach to optimising inventory flow through the factory
